Overview

The JAS EzPrep Preparative Fraction Collector is a fully automated solution for sample collection, component isolation, and purification in gas chromatography.
Proven worldwide for its simplicity, flexibility, and reliability, EzPrep enables efficient fraction collection from complex sample matrices for further chemical analysis or compound reuse.

How It Works

Samples are injected through the GC inlet via an automated liquid sampler.
After chromatographic separation, individual peaks or compound groups are detected by a monitoring detector (FID or TCD), and fractions are directed to designated collection traps.

Each trap can be heated or cooled for optimal compound recovery, ensuring accurate and efficient collection for both low- and high-boiling analytes.
The JAS PrepLab Software allows easy setup and control of traps, peak selection, and the peak-cutting process.
